Welcome to Chateau de Tigny

Enjoy a relaxing break in an authentic 16th century French Bourguignon style castle, set in a beautiful rural backdrop, situated near the attractive market town, Charlieu, Loire, in the Rhone-Alps Region in France.

Chambre dhotés in the main house comprises of a three bedroom family room with private en-suite and a large deluxe bedroom suite complete with a four poster bed and en-suite.

Residents of the French Chateau can also have exclusive fishing rights to large 12 acre Carp lake located on the grounds, with a good head of originally stocked fish new for 2008!

There is also the drive & survive option for the keen angler with facilities provided in the Chateau that comprise of a kitchen, shower & toilet. See the ‘Fishing’ section of our website for more information.

Chateau de Tigny is also a great venue for painters. Located on the 23 acre grounds is a pigeonair, an old mill, The Devil's Bridge, the lake and of course the Chateau itself, which all lend themselves as excellent subjects for artists.

Coming soon for 2009, Chateau de Tigny will boast 3 luxury Gité accommodations. Keep a lookout for more information and updates in the near future.
